Canon Explorer of Light, Vincent Laforet on location in LA using new EOS 1-D Mark IV to shoot a test commercial "A Round Car in a Square World".

We spent 3 days on location around LA with Pulitzer Prize winning photographer Vincent LaForet as he ventured into commercial film production with the new Canon 1-D Mark IV and an arsenal of EF lenses, an assortment of cinema gear and a seasoned LA film crew.

With Canon Technical Advisor, Rudy Winston, our film crew journeyed to Idaho to work with David Stoecklein and the Idaho Cowboys and Cowgirls, as he used the new EOS 7D for the first time.

We went on location to Parish Kohanim's studio in Atlanta for a behind the scenes glimpse of the set, the makeup, hair and costumes that provide the magical palette for his fine art photography.

Canon On-Camera Tutorials, Technical Specialist Rudy Winston

We created many tutorials featuring specific functions of each new EOS camera as it was released to the public. The Canon Digital Learning Center houses hundreds of tutorials and tips to help every level of photographer and filmmaker get more from their gear.
